Did SAF question his integrity? He said the linesman gave every decision to Spurs, he didn't say he did it because of bias. He could equally have been implying he let the crowd pressure get the better of him, and plenty of managers have said that about plenty of officials at OT over the years without being charged.
I think referring to the ref's history with United be construed that way. More importantly, how about that left-back on loan at QPR?
It could be construed that way, tho' again it could also be construed as questioning his decisions and ability to handle pressure. After all, it was a massive and clear error in a huge game that arguably defined that entire season, hardly a great demonstration of performance under pressure. And you have a player on loan from us?
