Anyone else think he is really good looking? It seems the way with modern managers, Jose Mourinho, Roberto Mancini, Pep Guardiola the list goes on.

Back in my day, football managers worse sheepskin jackets and were ugly. I must say I like the improvements. One of the best things about modern football.
