I know, but it's very easy for you to say that. You saw we had 8k and instantly came over to laugh. Suggests you do care about attendances. Come on, try and think of something new and exciting to wind us up with. I think you can do it, you're a clever boy.
Yeah blah blah blah, hiding the truth with attempted humour as usual. The fact is you have been mocking the 8k crowd, playing down he chaos on the roads on friday and belittling the amount we brought to the KC. When the fact is our home average is 5k higher than yours (even with an 8k crowd) and we brought more to the KC on boxing day then you brought in September. You go to away games to support your team. I ****ing hate Nottingham and everything about their team and ground and have frequently run into fights, been spat at etc but Im there every season to support my team. Its probably best you didn't go though as it was certainly a **** performance by your lot just as it was last season. And you talk of our goal music etc, when I went on boxing day some prick in a red tracksuit and his mates were singing something about us being boring whilst the rest of the ground had a snooze. I would rather have some sort of atmosphere and fun over your library anyday. And boring singing that during a 0-0 draw whilst having scored less goals than us is just dumb.
I think we've just about exhausted this whole attendance thing now, it was a bit of a wind up, it was three days ago, time to move on.
Bad weather, risk of getting snowed in, ice on the roads , I wouldn't have gone to the the game either unless I lived close to the stadium..Not surprised you only got around 8,000. I've been taking my nieces to the KC this season , I wouldn't take them in ice and snow to an evening kick off, no chance.
By the way AKCJ ... What's the ****s up with you today you've been arguing all day... And what was all that rubbish on the Cardiff City board about Hull Fans thinking we will walk the league ? I don't know anyone who thinks that ... And also I don't think anyone was surprised the F Campbell went to Cardiff either I don't think many people thought he was coming to Hull .. Does my head in all the falling out and carrying on .. Spoils the boards and the posts in my opinion ..
The attendance thing is rather arbitrary - I read somewhere some years ago that the best supported club in British football is, in fact, .......... Burnley. .... a stat based on what percentage of a town / city population attend their home games ... .. one thing I can say from a historical perspective (over 40 years that is) is that the FA cup has always brought out our travelling support in numbers and the 3rd round draw was always eagerly anticipated with thoughts of where we might be going ...
He didn't look like a schoolteacher though more like OLM: giving it the large one whilst making no sense then getting embarassed.
