How about Marlon, i didnt rate him untill he played for us http://www1.skysports.com/football/...nd-number-of-players-to-try-and-find-new-club
Bruce didnt rate him at Wigan did he? I thought he wanted shut ASAP. Attitude more than ability I guess.
Doubt the fans would accept him back, Doubt he would want to come, doubt we would want to pay his wages, doubt we would want him for more than 6 months max anyway. On the other hand he could be just the sort of imposing target man we're desperate for and he could be taylor made for a partnership with Gedo (if we get him).
I wouldn't care if he would guarantee promotion. I'd rather play Oxley up front. He committed his crime while a city player. He's disgraced our club. I'd never accept him back. Harsh maybe, but that's just how I feel.
Maybe stupid of me to say this .. But I wouldn't want the crap head at City even if he was to score 20 goals.. Doubt if the Allams would either .
the bloke's an r-sole. No no no Brum are in a right old state if they just want to offload his wage bill. Admin beckons I reckon.
Class player. Utter cu*t. From a purely footballing perspective yes, from an overall perspective, no thanks
Like DJ Campbell, he'd certainly do a job for us in this division and provide us with that cutting edge upfront. However, he's an absolute scumbag so irrespective of his talent we shouldn't go anywhere near him.
It was obvious when he was sent back that he was a big loss, forget that in field talking to by PB, it was the loss of King that almost OT us relegated. Probably would have been better off too. Even having said this, his attitude & him as a person would make this a none starter.
I dont think many would be complaining if he came in and was banging them in for fun. However as it stands, I dont think I would choose to have him back either.
King is a class striker,he would absolutely thrive in this team, promotion would be guarunteed for us. I'd hand my ****ing pass in if we signed the poisonus ****. Leeds might be interested though,Diouf and King would be their dream strikers.
