Electrocute ***s

Am going to try and give it up without gums and electric ***s and all the rest of it but when I fail I might think again!

 

I started patches again this mornin'

 

Good Luck Left my wallet at home this morning and only realised when on the tube. Then I started to panic cos I had no ***s. I really don't want to keep on through life wondering how I'm going to make it through the day without a cigarette - it's nuts!

I'm going outside now for a smoke. I shall enjoy it too

 

Am gonny get maself a cup of coffee (black nae sugar like wot real men have) then wander ootside to have a smoke withoot a jacket on (like wot real men do). Probably punch a coupla ****s on the coupon while am at it.

 

It must be the most illogical thing you can do Dan. You dont even get high.

With the ***s and the black coffee I bet your teeth are black too.

Not sure about punching peeps in the face, but then again round here peeps walking past are generally women going shopping, not cool...

Stopping smoking using patches and gum is gay and even more of a waste of money than smoking ***s. The electric ciggies would be useul, the new ones are pretty good, but all it takes is willpower.

I'm happy to keep smoking at the mo, smoking is cool

 

...and the large quantities of red wine I drink disny help either.

I didny punch anybody though. The burd at the smoking area looked a bit shifty so I mumbled hello and didny make any eye contact.

 

Patches are free out of the chemist for everyone Toby and no version of electronic feg can be described as 'cool'.

Then quit cold turkey.

My bird tried to quit at the same time, she is on Champix and e-cigarettes, she still keeps having lapses. I haven't had so much as one puff for over two years.

My maw tried to quit using the nicorette inhailor. Thought you had to smoke a whole cartridge per *** as opposed to 1 puff per ***. Her whole face went red and swelled up it was funny as ****.
