If you have hooping cough, it's understandable given the season we have had so far. You could try watching Fulham
There are a lot of infected still on here but here is a Remy dee:

-increase intake of fermented cod liver oil (Vit A and D)
    -limit sugar intake
    -limit dairy (milk)
    -limit any processed food

Get into a steam room alone with some Tea Tree, Oil Lavender, Eucalyptus

Does it work? did for many people I know

Stay clear of Big Pharma thats a given

Had it when I was 12...very, very ill...felt as though I was going to die (I didn't)
My Friend (aged 60) had it last December

It will last about 6 weeks...need antibiotics as soon as possible (whatever oddball says), has your GP given you some?...check around to see who of your contacts have not been vaccinated and then stay away from them.
Keep warm, don't over exert yourself drink fluids, expect to be ill for 6 weeks, if you are not you will be lucky...It is a flactuating disease you will feel better, and then worse. the cough will give you bad headaches too.

    Good luck

Stamford, have a look here and see what you think.

    http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/whooping-cough/pages/introduction.aspx

Of the advice above, the only thing that may make you feel slightly better is the steam room, alone or otherwise, which may just soothe the old airways a bit.

Interestingly in the USA, you can't get your kids into school unless they have been vaccinated which partially explains the high number of home schooled kids. Over here we allow the anti-vaccination lobby to spread their misinformation and you, my friend, are paying the price for it!

"Stay away from Big Pharma" sounds very cool and trendy until a person holding that view develops a serious condition when suddenly "Big Pharma" is embraced rather rapidly.

Agree with watching Fulham and The Remy dee is indeed very cool.

    Light blue touch paper....

Stamford you need to be quarantined for at least three weeks. Therefore, keep away from Loftus Road, many of our squad may well catch it.

Although you're welcome to go to Stamford Bridge and infect the whole of Scum !

Seriously, wish you speedy recovery, at least can stay on the board all day.
