    On a serious note, Managers don't walk out these days too much money at stake, all the money they make doesn't matter, they care more about the money they would lose.

    No it's not just you, I'd like to have an English manager. The only time I think a country benefits from not having a National running their football team is, if it is a developing country, or if football is not the dominant national sport.
