For me the best performance I have seen from a visiting side at Old Trafford was that of Deportivo La Coruna when they won 3 2 back in 2001. They played awesome football that night and also in their home match against us, the most impressive team performances I have ever seen. They then went on to do the same to Arsenal, winning at Highbury 2 0. They just seemed to glide on the pitch rather than run, especially Diego Tristan. It seems really odd because despite looking like an awesome side in these games they failed to reach the Champions League final and seemed to more or less disappear following that season.
