Giroud and his pathetic miss was the crucial point in this game. If we went one up it really would have put the pressure on the Chelsea players with their crowd. The guy did not even hit the target with that effort.
Worst half of football all season. Diaby and Coquelin are cack. Sagna not fit. Walcott couldn't hit a single corner. Cazorla playing as a defensive midfielder.
He is the awareness of a toddler. Those are really great 3 passes that should have been at least decent chances, and he doesn't even bother to look where their defenders are.

My views so far We are not good enough, being totally outplayed Both goals followed bad decisions, sometimes holding on when youre being outplayed is seen as a sign of a good team, so for both goals to follow wrong decisions is hard to take. Giroud is not good enough which Ive been getting a lot of stick for saying over the last month or so, we need to take him off and move Walcott to the middle. We spend and spend big before the transfer window closes.
As usual big bold, over exxagerated comments from A87. Do you worry that your actual points aren't good enough so you have to add big over the top comments? Even the more positive posters on this forum (myself, piskie etc..) are objective with critisism of the club. We all look at the things that need to improve. The difference is that you start to cry and throw your toys out of the pram whilst the rest of us give the club a little benefit of the doubt. I do think we are capable of getting top 4 with this squad - i think it will be difficult but we are better than spurs and everton and will catch them i think. BUT, i do think we need to make improvement to this squad (clearly). I do think it's stupid of some on here to assume that because we haven't signed anyone so far in January that we have no intention of improving the squad, or that we are not trying to bring anyone in. I'd say the rumoured £30mil bid being made would suggest we are mosat definately active and trying to get something done.
What has that got to do with Giroud's miss? With the mood around SB, it would have been a MASSIVE goal. Everything goes back to selling RVP and his replacements not being good enough.

Right, thanks **** that half is over. Firstly, let's deal with A87. We are not losing because of the ref nobody has said that, we have been poor, that's what people are saying, but the two goals came from mistakes that the ref made. Also, stop spouting ****e and making up rubbish about people saying we don't need to improve this squad, just about every Arsenal fan on here has been saying this. Read what people are actually saying because you are making yourself look like a fool coming out with the ****e you do. Next, Arsenal. We have been poor all over the pitch. We need to step it up and play with much more urgency. We also need some outlet on the left and some penetration on the right. Sagna looks 65% - take him off and put Jenkinson on, he will fight for every ball and put some proper crosses in. Also, whilst he's done okay, I think we need to sacrifice Coq for Ramsey, put him in the middle with Wilshere and allow them to feed Cazorla further foward. I'd keep Giroud on, some of the play with him and Walcott has almost been coming off, we need to build on that. We can still rescue this game, but we need to be a whole lot better. We need to score first in the second half and it's game on. If we come out like we did in the first, this game is going to be over pretty quickly.

Well taken goal by Mata, but did you notice he attacked the area where Coq would have been if he hadnt been fouled so any arguement it had nothing to do with it is wrong. **** me, even Redknapp said it was a dive fro the pen and its against us.
And EVEN IF IT WAS 2 BAD DECISIONS, how many of you were complaining when we got 2 lucky penalties against West Brom? You can't make this up.
