I'd imagine Kenny will advise of what positions he needs covered, Comolli will draw up a list of players from his scouting networks that forfil his needs based on stats (IE Kenny wants a Winger that doesn't cut in to the centre - Comolli will recommend a bunch of players from his scouting network whose stats show that on average they cover a large amount of ground near the byline as opposed to the amount of ground they cover toward the centre of the pitch). they then discuss which of the recommended players they prefer and then Comolli goes out and buys them. This gives Kenny more time to develop tactics and coach the side

I wasn't really old enough to remember the last league title and I just want to see us finally after all of these years raise the league title again. Being back in the champs league would be great too and it still feels weird not having that after the past year or two now. I just want to see Carra or Stevie raise the Prem league title.
