Class player, I remember when he came over to the prem a few years back on loan for Birmingham making his debut at the SoL and you new the lad had talent been to a few clubs since including a season on loan at Inter and Lazio were he currently is if anytruth in it then I would be all for it, the lad is quality http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/sunderland-line-up-loan-move-1546368?
He isn't the most prolific striker out there mind mate? Not sue about this and he doesn't seem to have played much football at all in the last 18 months?
wouldn't call him an out and out striker mate but he should score more than he does, I would imagine he would play just behind the striker or one of the wide players in the front 3 in a 4/3/3 formation
Yeah sit on the bench for weeks on end, because they're not match fit and pick up a hefty wage. Why the f**k cant Mon buy someone who is match fit and put him straight in. It aint rocket science for gods sake.
So people wouldn't fancy this as our front 4? Sess-------Zarate-------Johnson -----------Fletcher----------- With a fit pairing of N'Diaye and Catts with the rest competing for places: Larsson, Vaughan, Gardner, Colback etc. I'd say that would be pretty handy personally.
I know, that should be able to fire us to top 10 for the rest of the season. I didn't realise he'd fell out with management at Lazio, seems like he'll be off, but to where..?
Zarate as an attacking CM would be very good, as a loan deal fine would put pressure on Sess for the in the hole role behind the striker. Worried about how much he has played over the last year or so, could be we have found another crock to join the ever increasing list of crocks at the club, seems to be a bit like the Muntari scenario a few years ago looking to put himself in the shop window. Having said that a short term loan would be about as far as I'd go with this one to see what the lad is like.
Cant see mention of this speculation on here so I thought I would add it I can remember when this lad played against us a few years back. He was a live wire http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/sunderland-line-up-loan-move-1546368
