I'd want Di Matteo or Hitzfeld but would expect the likes of Hughes or even George Graham.
    What about you?

I don't have any hopes of any particular manager to come in.

I don't have any desires for any particular manager because whomever we get is going to be someone like Kinnear.

There are two whom I would like not to see anywhere near Saint James Park ever during my lifetime and that's Souness and Hughes.

I don't know, we may find that that Dowie has been given a second chance.

You know, I don't rightly care. We're not going to see the person whom we want there and it will be ever so until the club shows positive indications that it means to go somewhere. But under the management that is at the club is isn't going to happen until there's a regime change.

We're looking a transfer trading business, ladies and gentlemen, not a football club. Ashley is using players like he would products on a shelf in his warehouses.

I don't care any more. A few years ago I was thinking that it is more than likely I won't see another twenty years and that I would like to see Newcastle win something worthwhile in my time. I have resigned that to something that I am not going to realistically write on my Bucket List.

Gourcuff or Van Basten would be who I'd want. I just want to see us try and build some confidence in our attacking play by shaking it out of it's current apathy. It's so turgid to watch us play I lull my head forward for 70 minutes of the match and watch my shoelaces... It's more interesting most of the time.

Results don't interest me as much. If I get a sense we've tried to the very best of our ability and attempted to play football in the right way, I'd honestly be happy. I don't think it's beyond our players to adapt the style.

Realistically, it's going to be anyone who's been out of football for years and plays the same old **** Pardew plays. Curbishley my bet. The most depressing and soul-destroying part of Ashley's regime has been his stance on management, in my opinion.

I'd like to see you get Blanc or Adkins.

Sure that either of those could turn you around.

I mentioned it in another thread, but didn't get much response. But I think realistically, of who we could attract, and who would actually take the job working for those two jokers. That Lee Clark would be my choice. I know he hasn't got the pedigree, but he is NUFC through and through, and despite having a underwhelming season so far at Birmingham. I believe he is a talented manager, with a bright future ahead of him.

He would at least bring a bit of pride back to the club, and would do whatever he could to get us out of this mess.

It may be a season or two earlier than we would like - but needs must. I know he's not a 'big name', but from experience of the 'big names' that have been in the NUFC hotseat, that doesn't really count for much.

Obviously, a Hitzfeld or Blanc would be great, but I don't think either are a realistic option.

I know for certain that I don't want Mark Hughes, and I don't think Di Matteo is quite the manager everyone makes him out to be. I think he was just about the luckiest man alive with the way things worked out last season at Chelsea, and clearly his luck ran-out.

The realistic option is RDM, I think he'd be a class manager here.

Could Martínez be tempted to leave Wigan?

Anybody would be better than Pards in my book at the moment.

Wouldn't mind a Champ manager like Poyet or Ferguson, or maybe a return for Lee Clark?

Clarkie would be better than Pards, at least he's a Geordie with pride and passion for the Toon.

Roberto Martinez would be class, but I don't think he'd leave to join us.

Exactly, maybe some of his passion would rub off onto the players

Would the French contingent understand him though?

I'd give Adkins a go. He was treated terribly by Soton.

Agree with this. We might need a championship manager and I'd be happy with any of those 3.

Lee Clark is too busy taking Blues to the grave. We really don't need him here to complete the destruction

Fear it's a moot point as I cannot see Ashley doing away with Pards.

Birmingham are a club with no money and no ability to buy players. Not Clarkes fault they're struggling, he did alright at Huddersfield.
