    Shining beacon in a poor game boro v Leicester, couple of blocked thunderbolts and some good set piece plays

    Always thought quite highly of grant, thoughts

    Waghorn on bench, who lot of you thought highly, afraid I did not, further thoughts

    Championship players, good ones though, an asset to boro, did either of them come through our youth system? I cant remember?

    Waghorn never ever got a run of games to establish himself. Not saying he would have but not knocking him either. Leadbitter is probably at his level imo.

    Agree regarding waghorn but think grants bit better than that.

    Tell you what boros goalkeeper looked canny, apparently played through England ranks.

    I think both came through youth system but really unsure ??
