You are perfectly entitled to whatever opinion you desire pal.

Just don't put your words in my mouth and pretend to express my opinions for me.

I think Graham is a decent enough footballer and may score goals but would also be a very divisive signing for us who would split supporters apart, not unite us together.

My point is there has to be other strikers out there equally as good, available on a similar budget and far far less controversial.

He is a limited player and we could do better anyway.

Watford fan in peace. He was a very decent player for us and would be a good acquisirtion. However, i was reading the thread and wondering what all the fuss was about when i saw the comments he made. I find it amazing that he would contemplate joing after that as he must be aware that this will come back to haunt him. I wouldn't want him if I was a Sunderland fan.

The rivalry is very high between the two clubs mate.

The hostility at the last few derbies have been on a par with the Old Firm.
Not sure if it was last season or the time before but when I came out I thought I'd hit a time warp.
Helicopters hovering overhead & masses of OB with dogs.
Of course there's always a heavy presence but that time was overkill.

All he has to do is **** it up in the derby & he's shagged for sure.

We have it with Luton allbeit on a smaller scale. One of their players, Matthew Spring, knocked us out of the Cup on a night where the stadium was a war zone before kick off. 2 years later he joined us. He was good and took us up to the premiership but he was neevbr going to be all that popular <laugh>

A geordie can be a success with us but, not this particular geordie leave well alone not a step up more a step sideways and sightly down.

Nice signature by the way, made me chuckle, so then you had no choice but accept it and he did ok, as billy said mate, ssn reporting last week that manure v pool is the bigest derby in world football! What a joke, besides the old firm i dont think there is more hatred in a stadium than when we meet.

Personally i'd give him the chance and i will not knock anybody who see's this a a very high risk potential signing, and as some have said it could be the end of mon if it goes tits up, i trust mon, he is the best manager we have had in my lifetime and i so hope to god he gets everything right, because it feels like good times are not too far away.

Cant help feeling he's playing with fire here!

Good luck for the season btw

Yep, SKP will always be fondly remembered.

Good luck to you too, in the play offs with games in hand & looking well placed for a top six.

Always keep an eye on your results cos I think the world of Hornette, proper cracker she is, <ok>.
