Here is a pic of the King Power Stadium at the minute please log in to view this image Its snowing quite heavily where I live. So the game could be in doubt. The last thing we want is another Ipswich
Club are saying the game is on http://www.thisisleicestershire.co....sbrough-goes/story-17894418-detail/story.html
a lot of people saying that the club will bow to Sky for the money. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think Sky pay TV rights on a game by game basis do they? People are saying traffic is horrendous right now, but it's like 5 o clock on a Friday evening, of course it's bloody busy. And as for all those people saying if you watch on telly you aren't loyal - utter bollocks, I'll be watching on telly because I would have to travel from Derby. I know people travel further than that by the way, but it's all subjective.
Its nothing to do with SKY. That Ipswich game was a farce, Roy Keane virtually bullied the referee into continuing the game. It ended up with two of our best centre halves injured.
Totally different situation vs Ipswich as you say, the snow was thick on the pitch that night and touchlines invisible. Don't know what it's like tonight but if it's like that then they should call it off. Keane was an aresehole that night, if they were losing they would have walked off. That goal Scotland scored was well jammy, the ball just skimmed off the surface. Plus, in that first half, we were kicking into the wind, making it nigh on impossible to see anything.
People are now also moaning about how the paths have snow on them and it is slippy. Get a grip, the club can't stop it snowing or clear all the paths in Leicester, they have a responsibility to fulfill a football fixture and are doing their best. It's a wonder these people ever venture outdoors.
The madness continues: "@CLCFC84:Will the club refund those who can't get tonight? Coalville is at a stand still! #lcfc." How is that the club's fault, if the game is called off they will refund them but not because people are stuck in traffic, that could happen any night. I'll stop posting in a minute.
I'm sure you could get refunded if you can't get there. Take your ticket/receipt to the ticket office and, as long as the ticket's stub is still on, they should refund you. Maybe.
Curtis Davies and Miguel Vitor both suffered hamstring tears if i'm not mistaken. I can't really remember because I didn't bother watching the second half. Was the worst advert for the championship i've ever seen. I do know we missed Vitor for a very long time and he was a very solid player. Some of his performances were superb.
