He's got to be better than a move to Fleetwood Town?

This isn't surprising. He hasn't featured for us properly since the CC game @ Donny, and when he has played he doesn't look like he fits well into Brucey's style of play.

    Good luck to him.

They might do, they're spending some money, they've already got Barry Ferguson and Jon Parkin playing for them.

He'd be a cracking signing for them, always liked McKenna I'm a fan of the type of player he is.

    I thought Fleetwood were loaded?

Fleetwood miss out on Joey Barton, so they get McKenna instead

Good luck to him. He was good last season, especially breaking up the opposition's play.

Good luck to him if he does leave us, one of our best performers last season.

Seemed a decent bloke but football wise was the very essence of mediocrity. Didnt boss the midfield, played 10 yards behind where he should have been. Didnt score didnt create, couldnt pass a ball forward, did this imaginary thing of thats not his job bullshit. Sussed out immediately by a good manager.

Complete waste of money, never wanted or needed him.

Incredibly harsh. You could say that Ashbee didn't create or score, or pass the ball forward, saying that about Ash would make you a ****. McKenna was all about keeping things ticking, always being an option, always in space, taking a yellow for the team when no one else was smart enough too. And to be fair he won the ball and gave it simple, he was always talking to his team mates something no one seems to do now.
