Downhill from here guys, starting with a defeat Monday. The decision of a despot, totally stunned and very angry.
Yeah, not thinking we'll get anything from this. The atmosphere of the stadium will be very negative I fear.
Better that then doing a Chelsea and spend the whole time booing. I 'm only suggesting it as a one-off.

Sacking Nigel and bringing in a new manager right now is a very risky move. We have no idea how the team is going to respond. One thing is for sure though, we need to get behind them on Monday night with no negative activities/chants. If we fail to get any points against Everton we could get quickly knocked back at a time when we can least afford to.
One of the most anticipated team selections in recent years now surely? With a new manager, every player will be looking to impress over the next two training sessions so we could see a radically different starting XI to the on that faced Chelsea. My guess is four changes, SRL in for Guly, Forren in for Hooiveld, Ramirez in for Davis and possibly a change in goal because we can't possibly go this many games in a row with the same keeper.
Gazzaniga in goal as he comes from the same town in Argentina as Pochettino so they are probably family friends.
Fairly sure that Boruc only speaks in grunts and expletives. Luckily, something that translates into any language.
Was really looking forward to this after Wednesday but any enthusiasm has just gone. Feel so deflated today
I fear any early Everton goal and a terrible response by the fans resulting in more goals conceded. Really need to get behind everything but it's unlikely to happen judging by these comments along with those on other threads.
May not go now...not out of protest, but wasn't easy for me to there after work and just don't fancy any aggro. Will watch on TV clutching my safety duvet.
Christ, if ever we need the snow to continue for a few more days, it's now. I do not, under any circumstances, want to be playing on Monday night. If Everton go 1-0 up, and their is very chance of that given their quality, then I deeply fear for what the score will be. I'm 100% certain that large portions of the ground will start ignoring the match and turning their attentions towards Cortese should we fall behind. The atmosphere will be the most vitrolic since Lowe was around. Everyone needs a few days to let the news settle, before an away game to kick start the new guy's reign. This is possibly the first time ever that I am not looking forward to visiting St Marys. Comfortable 3-0 Everton win for me.
I just thought: this would have been one of Adkins' favourite PL fixtures, makes the timing of the sacking even worse. Everton 2/3-0 Saints for me. Two early goals and Everton will stop going for it and see the game out, maybe a late goal for them too.
