England and Scotland are both countries within the sovereign country of the UK, so you're both right. Gold stars for everyone.
That's what I said You have to bare in mind that the twelve year old idiot thinks that managing Aberdeen is a job abroad. There's only one thing worse than a Pikey who specialises in stating the bleeding obvious and that's a ManU fan.
You really are a clown, and the fact you genuinely think your right makes it even more laughable. England and Scotland are 2 completely seperate country's, within the UK. Il break it down for you, as clearly your having problems understanding it. England has its own FA, national team and league. Scotland has its own FA, national team and league. 2 completely seperate country's, therefore SAF has won 'the title' in more than 1 country.
I don't think the scots would be to appreciative of you trying to belittle there country as an add on to ours either.
Even if you were an extreme unionist who was of the belief that Scotland and England are essentially regions of a greater state, in foorball terms they are as foreign as Spain is to Portugal. Another one for the 'Ossie picking any old fight because someone supports another team' file.
I don't recall using the word 'abroad' In footballing terms though England and Scotland, are no different to England and France, or England and Spain, or England and any other country in the world. SAF was the last manager to win the Scottish title, without being at Celtic or Rangers the 2 big clubs in Scotland, quite an achievement
How about winning the Cup winners cup with Aberdeen. To win a European competition with Celtic or Rangers would be hard enough, just imagine how difficult it was with Aberdeen
i would say that getting a team up to the english prem or keeping a team in the english prem is a way way tougher job than winning the scottish goldfish bowl league
Not entirely right, Bacon face took over at Aberdeen from Billy McNeil who had a win ratio of around 62% and had built a good side. Slur Alex took over when McNeil left to manage Celtic who incidentally went on to win 3 titles and 2 cups in 5 years. Slur Alex took over a successful side on the up and Mc Neil's win percentage was around 62% with them. When Slur Alex left Aberdeen never matching McNeil's winning percentage. The lack of challenges in his management career means he will only ever be considered the best in Great Britain whereas truly great managers named above have done it in multiple countries like Sven Goran Erikson: Sweden, Portugal and Italy; Göteborg, Benfica and Lazio and Jose Mourinho: Portugal, England & Spain; Porto, Chelsea & Real Madrid. Slur Alex is liken to Vicente del Bosquea good manager, won lots in his own country but can never be considered the best due to a lack of ambition to test himself elsewhere.
I'm no United lover but for years, decades even, they've been at least one of the three biggest clubs in the world and sometimes the indisputable number one. Where else was there for Ferguson to go to? For Mourinho, each job has been bigger than the last.
That's exactly it fool, Vicente has achieved more than your Scottish drunk but achieving in another countries leagues he has not so he is liken to slur Alex Read the post properly Halfwit!
Lets see, Madrid, Milan, Barcelona, Bayern perhaps? I don't recall any of them ever having courted him as a replacement at anytime.
