Faerguson is in more danger of being sacked than MoN mate. Why would Short be sanctioning all these sales, buys/bids and loans then sack the manager doing it? Think about it? Pardew is likewise after spending £6m on Deubuchy and bids of £8m for Agent Remy.
Sometimes it pays to replace a manager even if they are doing well e.g. Newcastle with Chris Hughton and now look where they are seriously though its shocking after he has lifted them up from the position they were in when he joined them - I used to like the saints but hope they plunge into the depths now
Not a massive fan of Southampton or Adkins but this is ridiculous, the last 10 games the club has had some great results and they're no push overs, the team looks jelled together and now thy sack him after they're making progress?! Hope they go down now.
I was listening to Adkins last night on Sky sports (could have been the night before) and although i havent looked at the statistics he said that they have only suffered two losses in the last 12 games (both by 1-0). Most teams, particularly at the bottom-mid table would take that, I know i would for us.
