    That would be foolish, they have drawn against Chelsea and Arsenal and beat Villa in their last 3, what more did they want from him!

    I like him, he's ridiculously positive and he's clearly got something. He got Scunny playing brilliant and successful football which to be honest I thought would be a flash in the pan and the extent of his ability but he proved me wrong and did an amazing job at Saints. I bet Wolves and Blackburn wish they'd waited for him.

    I don't much like the guy (on account of him having managed the Scunts), and there was some discontent among Southampton fans back at the start of the season when they were playing poorly. BUT, he's done a good job there and they're just starting to play well, so this is a ****ing absurd decision.
