    I agree but I prefer that rumour anyway. :emoticon-0100-smile Maybe He is being lined up as manager but sneakily for next season. Let him get in, know the players. Get his feet under the table then at the end of the season, bye, bye Adkins. I hope not but who knows.

    I guess some of us have a line that if crossed means we feel different about the club. And some of us blindly follow a club no matter what.

    Personally I find the latter a bit stupid.

    Well he obviously isn't doing it to please the fans so the fans won't hear about it until it's a done deal. I'm very concerned about it at this stage, Pardew's sacking came as a complete surprise remember. Where the **** did all this actually start? Bookies popping up all over the place suspending betting on him being the next to go. If it isn't true then where is it coming from? I just can't see any logic behind it or any benefit for anybody. This is a nightmare.

    Would probably be the most disgracefull treatment of a manager in a long time. Would have to consider how I could support the cortese regime if this were to be true. The job nige has done is nothing short of miraculous and the learning curve he's been on shows he may well move on to very big things I just pray its with us!

    I'm holding onto a faint hope that we as a club have the doors firmly shut for business to go on behind and a rumour such a this wouldn't start in Spain and become viral on Twitter, TalkSport, a few rubbish dailies and Sky.
