Il break it down for you, as clearly your having problems understanding it. England has its own FA, national team and league. Scotland has its own FA, national team and league. 2 completely seperate country's, therefore SAF has won 'the title' in more than 1 country.

SAF was the last manager to win the Scottish title, without being at Celtic or Rangers the 2 big clubs in Scotland, quite an achievement
