Being pushed on the big screen before and during the game. Anyone watched it yet? Is it worth getting?
Got it for Christmas and haven't watched it yet but you've inspired me, might watch it tonight and will let you know
Got it for Christmas and well worth a watch. Ashbee isn't on it though, thought he might have been having captained through every division
How can you have a ten years at the KC DVD without Ash on it? That alone is a reason not to bother, it's obviously not finished yet...
Cheers for the feedback guys. Still might give it a shot. Want to see what Brownie, Pearson and Bo have to say!
It felt like when I watched it, the DVD was really rushed like they wanted to get it out before christmas, which obviously they did.
To me it was like all the footage from the dvds you get from the city magazines put onto one seen most of it before.
If they had been he could always have taken them to Tesco and got some horse burgers with them. Oh I was in there today as well, if you've got any of the £5 off if you spend £35 vouchers printed on their receipts they're still taking them. I asked on the off chance and they said they were the only things still going through.
If its been botched that is a disgrace, and no Ashbee WTF? what a story the first 10 years at the KC should be with the obvious comparison to our long lingering near death experiences at BP. BoothferryLegend whats is your verdict as your stuff on youtube is great. Gap in the market to do another more professional one then, maybe documenting our return to the Prem? Who narrates the story on the botched one? I'd get Damian Johnson in to do it properly with all the interviews of legends like Ashbee, Windass and Dawson and starting with clips of BP. Quality will sell. The whole commercial side/merchandising/club shop needs improving and a City magazine relaunching in my opinion.
Get yourself the 'dare to dream' DVD. £25 is a but steep but it's 4 discs and has extended highlights of all games.. Or even the back to back promotions DVD.
Got to be honest, i thought it was really cheaply put together. Although their is an interesting piece in the extras where Phil Brown talks about the signing of bobby zamora. He claims that zamora wanted to join but browny made the decision that his wages were too high and decided to take altidore and vennegor instead for the same money. Also says in hindsight he should have signed zamora because he is better than both players put together.
