Pretty sure Ramirez was sat huddled on the bench when we equalised, he's that good he applies pressure from the sidelines!
Did they give it to Gaston or did it just explode in a puff of thin air? The way they attribute assists is pretty baffling at times haha.
nah Jen, he just got lucky. I mean how can you leave your best ...... blah blah blah! He is becoming a legend!
Nah Le Tiss said Lambert should have started and him scoring backs up his theory of Adkins getting it wrong.
theres no way in hell, rickie would have made the same impact if he started the game. was funny reading the comments on here this morning from last night
the 3 subs were great, and unlike other games they changed the game in our favour, Rickie obviously a goal but his introducton tied up thier CBs, Chaplow added more energy into midfield and he pushes forward whereas davis slows our plays down and makes us less effective, ramirez did some silly fouls but without his touch punch would not have scored- either Cole would have cut it out or it would have gone to Punchs right boot and ended up in row z. Chelseas biggest mistake was leaving Ivanovic on the bench as we had no answer to him at St Marys
I was watching on a stream from Fox soccer, commentator sounded like a right moron. Same bloke? He was saying much the same, even though it was obvious we had a gameplan and executed it well. Our competitiveness in midfield was outstanding against all their quality, but that seemed a bit lost on him
I didn't manage to watch the game, but I just watched some highlights which named Hooiveld as man of the match, can anyone who watched the game comment on this? I'm delighted for him if true, I loved him last season and I think he's better than he was playing earlier this season.
Not for me as I said on another thread great in the air but crap when he actually had to use his feet. Morgan was my m.o.m with ease.
