    On Norwegian channel TV2, they showed footage of Forren and his agent arriving and sat, at Stamford Bridge.

    He said... "it will be solved tomorrow." And then left.

    There seems to be a picture on Twitter of Forren and his agent walking into Stamford bridge, however when you click to enlarge it says it has been removed.

    For anyone who doesn't understand Norwegian, this translates to: "Southampton have pulled out of contract negotiations and I shall fly home tomorrow. I did not complete the 100m sprint in under 11.5 seconds, this is unacceptable for a CB."

    Love SaintsWeb. Nigel says "no idea" to is the transfer close, and people, instead of assuming it's Nigel being Nigel, go for OMG HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH TRANSFERS.

    Indeed. In the Chelsea post-match interview Nigel is asked, as a final question, about Vegard Forren, and he says with typical Adkins - I'm not answering that question technique - you'll have to tell me..!

    The interviewer replied... Oh. Oh I thought he was close to joining you..?

    Nigel... Hmm, yeah.

    Advice to interviewers: If Nigel doesn't want to tell you something you won't get it out of him, and it has nothing to do with what he knows and doesn't know. It's all about, Q: will it cost Saints in points or money to divulge such information..? A: Not sure. Recommended action, don't let on. :)

    I'm too scared to go on there. I stick to Not606 where the quality of article editor is so much better!!!

    PS, not forgotten I said about coming down for golf while I was off on garden leave, but time and DIY jobs have taken over. Start my new job on 4th Feb after three months of paid leave!! I will get down at some point for a beer of not golf.
