Couldn't agree more. We also looked less panicky at the end when trying to hang on, our passes seemed to find each other a lot more. Brilliant, absolutely brilliant. Feel like singing

Now that's something you wouldn't have found anyone saying a couple of months ago. :)

MOTD presenter Gary Lineker on Twitter:

"Brilliant point for Southampton. Like the way they play and I'm convinced Saints will stay up."

Love this quote "complete refusal" - that's exactly what it was!

Puncheon scored a similar volley against Stevenage in the cup!

Well earned result and a well played game by NA. Bellend commentating on my stream wondered what would have happened if Lambert had started - we'd have lost. It was the impact of him coming on that swung the match. Method in the madness and it's why NA is such a good manager. That Chelsea team is full of quality and we've grafted so hard. DC performance. Shaw and Morgan fantastic.

Per that stat from BBC's live commentary: during the PL era, 90 teams have gone into the half 2+ goals down at Stamford Bridge. We're only the third to come away with something.

Nigel interview on Sky ... "We came with a plan .... could we have cleared it better for the goals? .... "

    Love him.

Rickie on as an "Impact" ... that was an Impact.

Southampton manager Nigel Adkins: "We came with a gameplan. Chelsea are a good side, we came to block them, deny them space and counter-attack. To go two goals down, when we could have cleared both, was a blow but we showed great character in the second half - great credit to my players."

Any regrets about leaving Rickie Lambert on the bench? "None whatsoever, we came with a game-plan of playing with the pace of Jay Rodriguez, and then we were looking for an impact when Rickie came on. That's what I call an impact."
