sainsburys rep said all the shops along glos rd cannot be effected by sainsburys as there is no shops along the road that can be effected unless sainsburys gets coffee shops, hairdressers, pubs, restaurants etc etc in store which sainsburys have no plans to do so, so glos rd shops have nothing to worry about
Does anyone know what Sainsbury's will have to cough up for their 106 payment and what local facilities that must be paid towards?
It all depends on which councillors are on the planning committee. If it's any bastard Greens or those dicks Bev Knott and David ****ing Willingham, then we're ****ed. If not, we should get it.
local resident said glad to see rovers go so will have plenty of parking available around the streets on saturdays to use the glos rd shops.
bitch giving her against sainsburys speech getting stressed out saying glos rd shops will suffer - obviously not listening to previous comments
Section 106 usually includes payments towards public transport, road infrastructure and possibly education. Never usually a deal breaker and payments are less than they used to be.
We had to pay for library facilities, bus stop video signs, road changes, community care etc.etc. All of the antis are coming up with unproven facts whereas the pros are the local residents. Do these councillors want to get elected again? Then they better listen to what Joe Public wants.
a man just said his son had to spend time in hospital over xmas because of his asthma and building sainsburys will make it worse FFS
That **** with the green jumper talking about air quality can **** off. Even went for the sympathy trick with his kids asthma.
I've got a poorly anus which will be made much worse if they don't build Sainsbury's. Also, my pet aardvark needs regular infusions of Sainsbury's salt and vinegar crisps just to stay alive
bluebaldee air quality, traffic and that roundabout entrance to sainsburys has taken a massive hit. not good.
Ah yes, the old 'I live in a major urban conurbation - how dare there be air pollution' tactic FFS. If you don't want air pollution and traffic then live in the ****ing countryside you dumb ****s!
Sainsbury's planning man was expecting the traffic and pollution argument and made an attempt to answer it.
that guy moaning about his sons asthma got this asthma after moving to horfield ****ing move then you twat gas approved
