    .....Ok....

To save me deleting this (or something) then going on power-induced frenzy, what are people's favourite kind of *sandwiches...? Seems some interest in the topic today!

*a sandwich is two pieces of bread with a filling.

Quite like prawns myself, have done since I was a kid. Had a good sarnie (if you can call it that) in Subway. Believe it was called an Italian Salad. Had everything in, quite filling and well worth the money.

Only if the cake is between two or more slices of bread Kat.

My favorite sandwich is cheese and onion, followed a very close second, by Bacon & brown sauce.

Pre-game Subway is a nice little start to a match-day... Especially if I roll (no pun intended) out of bed at about 12, and have to meet my mates in an hour <yikes>

Soaks up the beer (*cough* blue wkd *cough*) nicely so it appears I can hold my drink!

A kit kat is already a sandich if you think about it.

Anyway if we are talking bread sandwiches a spicy italian, with green peppers, lettuce, tomato, jelapenos and south western sauce is the one for me.

Quick technical point... Is a burger in a bun a sandwich, or is it simply called a "burger" because it requires slices of bread and not buns to be called a sandwich?

If it's just bread regardless of form that creates the sandwich, if I squish something into a bread-cake, at what point does it stop being a cake and become a sandwich?

Are you talking about the sticks being sandwiched together or the slang name for 4 finger fingerblasting a nice young lady? (sorry ladies I know that is crude)

A quick google of kitkat sandwich brought up some interesting images, I'll keep it clean though unlike the rest of my post.

It's a sandwich but the bread part is irrelevant to me.

See you've proved my point, a KitKat is wafers and chocolate "Sandwiched" together, it is not a Sandwich, there is no bread!!!!!!!.

Yeah but you live your life fast and loose, mine is governed by rules. Breadless "sandwiches" don't suit my lifestyle baby

And we're saying it's not a sandwich, it's a potato monstrosity... Why don't we call it a Katmandu? Then everyone knows what's what.
