Barton is a media whore and when no one speaks about him he needs to hijack stuff to be heard. Like the tweets about Remy going to Newcastle and now this. If people didn't bother tweeting him he would hate it. The guy is old news and he knows it.

Barton appears to be a sociopath whose one or two good qualities are massively outweighed by the other elements of what seems to be one of the most unpleasant personalities in football.
