    Hi everyone,

My time in England is starting to come too it's end.
I'm more than sick of boring Stoke-On-Trent and it's time to move on.
I'll probably move during March, although moving away from City will be tough at this time of the season :emoticon-0106-cryin
I do however have a horrible rota planned, so would not be able to go to many games.

Anyway. Where do you recommend me going? I've got plans of getting another job in another country, but I do wish to travel before this.
I'm thinking of South America, North America, Asia, etc. Not a bigger fan of Africa, although I confirmed my interest for a job in Cape Town earlier today :emoticon-0176-smoke.

I've been to Scandinavia, England/Scotland, France, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Turkey, Australia up to now.

What unknown pearls are out there to find? :)

Guyana - it's a beautiful country and the official language is English <ok>

PS. What's the job in South Africa? Does it involve white sharks?

PS. PS. Good luck to you, Febbos, wherever you go! :)

I saw you're name as last post and I was expecting something sarcastic. I'm almost disappointed Erik!

Nah, job in South Africa is something similar do what I currently do at bet365. If I have to choose between Stoke and Cape Town the choice is fairly obvious :)

It's a tough one IMO. Stoke probably has a similar STD fatality rate, but it gets a bonus point for not having great white sharks and far fewer bla... wait, ****, I can't say that.

Ah well, to Cape Town it is! Post us a picture from Table Mountain, old chum

    Try Tokyo.

The Japs have a different slant on life. Very law-abiding, clean etc

That's the most complete opposite, I can possibly imagine, of Stoke

A choice between Stoke and Gaza would be similarly easy.

I must spread some reputation around before giving it to Erik again. It's the thought that counts though, right?

No matter where you go you can find a ****-hole, you chose Stoke and got it in one!

Now make up for it by moving to Canada (Vancouver side) - big country, great people, stunning lifestyle if you can be bothered!

Let us all know how you get on and good luck! :emoticon-0150-hands

P.S. Erik's post puzzled me as well

Sounds like a good deal <cheers> I wonder what it would cost in petrol costs :emoticon-0175-drunk

I would be the Swedish godzilla in Tokyo. Scare the ****e out of the poor Japanese :(

Well, if you find me any suitable Swedish-ish jobs I can apply for, I'll give Canada a go

Actually heard a lot of good stuff about Vancouver

Malmö is almost Sweden's Stoke :)

Köpenhamn is in Denmark. There are Danes in Denmark. Out of question! <diva>

The Isle of Man and Gibraltar have plenty of betting companies associated with them, could be both chilled out places too

True story. Haven't got that much of work experience yet, but I'll work my way up ^-^ Stoke has been a good "life experience" anyway and should make a good mark on my CV.
But we'll see where I end up!

I think you're better off leaving Stoke as far away from your CV as possible.

Try Bermuda, always jobs going there.

Always on to a winner doing personal security in Afghan too, but you need to spend some time in the armed forces there. Mega £££ for doing that.

Lived in South Africa for a couple of years so would recommend spending some time there.
