have you ever seen anyone with severe burns? or seen the suffering they go through to heal? thought not, so shut your ****ing mouth.

there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why fireworks/flares should be taken into a football ground. if you have ever seen the videos from the bradford city fire, you would know that any TWAT taking fireworks/flares into stadiums is spitting in the face of the victims and compromising the safety of everyone inside.

complete and utter moron. would you be ok with someone taking a knife into the ground?! they are just as dangerous.

it was one of the main reasons, health and safety laws regarding flames etc were tightened up in football grounds.

There are punishments other than custodial sentences you know, maybe a ban from football stadiums would be a more logical option? Instead of wasting even more tax money by putting these people in prison.

 

That would do some improvement I expect, I am not a pretty sight.

look, if you guys wanna take fireworks and flares and **** and throw them around, go into a room and do it amongst yourselves so the rest of us normal people dont have to put up with it. throw them to your hearts content, im sure you'll have a great time.

 

Are you for real? Have you actually read what started the fire? One tiny little dog end, carelessly discarded. Are you aware of what happened at Kings Cross in 1987? One carelessly tossed lighted match started that, flares are a lot more dangerous than that. You will argue that there is less combustible material around, it doesn't take much.

 

I'm not going to lie, I see pictures from Red Star and Galatasaray and places like that and think that looks seriously cool.

However the reality is if this became commonplace I wouldn't be able to see much of the games I have paid through the nose to watch for the year. Like others have also said, it's only a matter of time before someone gets hurt, and there are small kids in all areas of the stadium. If the people who are setting these off thought about how they would feel if a small child got burnt as a result of their actions, they might think twice.

The initial point was a smoke bomb, which is completely different to a flare and creates no flame what so ever, in which case your whole argument is completely invalid
