Sounds good Finchy. You on the wing, me in the centre. We could probably terrorise defences and bang in 3 goals ........before the ref sends us to the dressing room to put our shorts on.

Come on Big Leon i can't stand the suspense and i'd never get over it if you go !
(quoted by another ageing former centre back)
Especially after going on about how naff it was when Bennett was playing and you were on the bench .
As for the rest of the squad decisions ..they all seem about right to me ...I like JP but impact sub for 10 mins really won't wash in League 1 and he never seemed to cut it when on for 90

Hit the nail on the head rocky! <laugh> Although thankfully i'm not very injury prone and my fitness is pretty good, so i can probably go a full 90 minutes without being subbed, unlike some people on here

I'll have you know Tom, I've never been subbed in my life. I've only left the pitch (during a game) once and that was when I had my fibia and tibia broken. Even then I tried to get up and play on but fell down and had to be carried off.

By the way when as the concept of subs introduced? <laugh>

So you'll last an hour in the bar, and perhaps 15 minutes on the pitch, if you're lucky then? <laugh> <laugh>

i reckon we need a st bernard dog on the staff so when we get injured he can come on the pitch with that barrel round his neck and give us a quick shot of rum to revive us<laugh><laugh><laugh>

Really? When did it filter down to local football? I don't recall having subs.
