People keep moaning about the scouting systems so surely if we are signing an unknown then a bit of credit is due...?

All i meant with my comment on the signing is what is he being signed for, depth or to boost the first 11. If it is the latter great, if it is just another player for CB not sure on that.

 

Strength and depth is what you need to compete for titles and the Champion's league spots. I've never seen him play although I've heard of him, what I got from other people's opinions is that's he's a handy player.

Perhaps CB is not priority, but their's no harm in strengthening an usually leaky defense, if the deal's right the deal's right

 

I know nothing about him, I don't know anything about the deal (cost + wages) and I don;t even know how old he is. However, I do trust Liverpool Football Club. We've had our fingers burn't once with Assaidi (under this management) so I do have doubts too but we've been complaining about the scouting system so much that we need to get behind it when they actually do something

 

You never know lads, we might have another Hyypia on our hands

 

better to spend £4m on another potential Downing than £20m on another potential Downing.

 

That's the hope (although I was hoping that would be Agger when he joined too)
