Then it will be that he wants a transfer or we will just sell him. We need him back at chelsea next season it is ridiculous the way all our young talent just seems to drift way. Watching him playing for brom then watching torres play for chelsea is a joke, we should give brom torres and take lukaka back but you can bet they would not want him !!
mind you the source was the daily mail.

Watched the game Lucky, he looked seriously good.
Like nearly all our kids, why would he want to come back to us to watch new purchases younger than him, and older players less good than him get game time, while he watches from the bench, IF he's lucky. ???
We have a brain dead youth policy, seems we buy players just to stop other teams doing so.
We don't play them, don't promote them, don't help them. We just bury them.
He'll stay another year, then leave on a free. Good luck to him, and Josh, and De Bruyne, and all the others.

Agreed, and that won't change until we get any stability in management. While we chop & change the head coach continuosly (and all the backroom staff), each newboy in will try to change it his way, normally by buying players.

We need a proper long-term plan, so that the youth set-up matches the senior set-up, a bit like Barca and (hate to say it) Man United.

Right now, why would any new manager who could lose his job in the morning after a couple of bad results, take any risks on players?

Pretty much sums up why up and coming players never get much of a chance baring 10 minute cameos in games already won.

The manager hasn't bought the players for years now. That is simply note true.

It's funny, half our support wants all the kids to be given a chance and half wants Lampard and the old guard to still be playing. Funniest thing though,it's the same half.

**** all wrong with both, you need a mixture of experience and youth. Look at United <ok>

Don't blame Lukaku, if a completely useless donkey **** of a player was getting more games than me when he didn't deserve to I'd want to be somewhere else till said donkey ****s right off.

Chelsea expect the finished article - joke of a club. Growing more and more dissatisfied by the day.

There are more than enough games to play both our old and young players, we just need a manager who can get the mix right game per game.
We have just about got Lamps schedule spot on, and he has upped his input accordingly. Young players rotated in a similar manner will do likewise, as long as the owner and Board keep the **** out of it.
Playing donkeys because the owner thinks we should is a surefire way to defeat.
