I confess to not being knowledgable about this.

I am further confused by Ferguson and other Prem managers discussing it and the impact they expect it to have on their competitors in the Prem.

Not that anything they come up with will have any relevance to that lot in south east London anyway.

 

yes but isn't it coming in for any teams that play in europe ? and if you never want to play in europe,your never going to bother the top so what would be the point of going to the prem.plus more chance of you getting bitten by a kangeroo than going up. and your artical says it almost certainly will come in some form for prem.
