I think both Koscielny and Kompany deserved to be sent off. You lunge in like Kompany did, you run the risk of getting sent off. I doubt it will be rescinded.
If they stand by that, there will be a shed load of reds coming up. This weekend alone there was half a dozen worse tackles with nothing given. I thought VK looked in total control, what would you have him do, step out the way?
I doubt it will be rescinded, they tend to back the ref unless there's absolutely no option. For me it wasn't even a foul though. Wilshere thought the red card was for him at first, tells you all you need to know I think!
Best case for us could be if his appeal somehow overran Saturday, meaning he'd be able to play, but then they did not rescind it and his three match ban would then take him over their visit to SMS. I doubt even with their general incompetence that they will take that long, but hey, we can hope!
QPR will be fine with Redknapp in charge and won't go down. Newcastle should be fine once Ben Arfa and co come back. So for me, it is 3 out of Reading, Villa, Southampton and Wigan.
QPR are still miles behind. Newcastle have the worst form in the league over the last ten games, pretty much. i don't think they'll improve in the near future and by the time they do, it will be too late.
It is laughable that some fans don't even think qpr will be in a relgation battle simply because redknapp is in charge. He isn't as good as the media make him out to be.
