yea he is bad more than he is good, when he is good however he is really good. Not worth the £15 million paid and will find it difficult now to find anyone who will pay half of that for him if you were to sell him, He is not consistent enough for me...

IMO he is the guy who ends up looking dim by geting out of position. he just needs to learn he can't win everyball and sometimes its better to be goal side without possession than having jumped in trying to competed for a ball that not even 50/50... takes himself out of the game too much, needs to just let the ball do the work and partner lucas.
Allen's certainly got the potential but needs time to learn. Of course, as a potential future player he has competition in Suso, Shelvey and Henderson too
That's bollocks Dai, we battered them with 10 men earlier in the season at Anfield. We were also beating City with some ease at home earlier in the season and as with Utd they scored a late goal and we ended up with a loss and a draw instead of two deserved victories, story of our season mate.
