Adebola is 35 and I guess the nicest thing you could say is his best years are behind him! Any truth in it or has Burnsie been sprung a dud by one of the city sites?

Hope not. Darren Byfield was released from Walsall today, more chance of getting him and he's even worse.

I have actually seen that rumour somewhere else today but cant place where.

He's the sort of striker you see coming on as a substitute for the opposition and thinking to yourself 'is that all you've got'.

Exactly! If it were Leeds or Leicester bringing him on against us, we'd be pissing ourselves!

The very fact this rumour came from Blunderside has reassured me that in all likelyhood this is utter bollocks.

It's got to be, as TigerPaul says, utter bollocks.

I think we do need a target man to give us another option in games, however id prefer a more mobile one and I wouldnt mind loaning Nile Ranger.

Football lost its' morals a long time ago, being self righteous gets you little in the way of accolades and success. Not to say that I agree with that notion, I try to be a moral person myself and think football players have a priveleged life and the least they can do is be a decent member of society. However call me a lefty, but he was a kid when he did the roberry and if you wrote everyone off who did something stupid and misguided when they were 15 then there wouldnt be many left.

Armed robbery...silly boy eh. Trust him to choose that particular offence for his "something stupid". Knowing how Youth justice works, I'm sure it was all just a one-off misunderstanding. 15 year olds always get locked up for those.

Something tells me Forest don't need him with the masses of strikers they have, and also the fact he has only played 4 games this season...

Has played for 10 clubs, and at 35, he is surely looking for somewhere to go and settle into the later stages of his career. We undoubtedly need another forward - NP is looking for experience - could there really be something in it? Blunderside sometimes get these bang on you know :emoticon-0107-sweat

Are you sure aren't a journalist for the daily mail? With someone who has their profile pic as the poster boy for anarchy, your views on justice are a little bit too home counties for my liking. I suppose even Chuck Palahniuk believes in the death sentence, although his father was murdered I suppose.
