    80th minute: Having seen that tackle again, it looks even less like a red from every angle, bar one, which the ref presumably was looking at. It wasn't a two footed challenge, it was an awesome thumping challenge. Maybe the anger at the ref had an impact, maybe Kompany's Stevie Taylor-like antics have convinced the ref he's guilty. Rash tackles raining in now, and the crowd go up for everything. Arsenal fans couldn't be more animated if they appeared in a comic strip. Per Mertersaker would make a hilarious (oaf-like) bad guy side-kick, if they read this and think it's a good idea.

    88th minute: Balotelli on... But poor fella, it appears an ostrich has defecated on his head. Hopefully he has a better time of it on the pitch.

    Thierry Henry (the second-coming) is denied a goal by Lescott's on the line block... Grrrr. No consideration for the neutral whatsoever. At least Balotelli's hair is amusing. Haha
