Spot on, mind boggling for that advantage. Dzeko would've had the ball if Koscielny hadn't rugby tackled him. Pen & red all day long.
Giroud is not the answer, we will do even worse with him. Podolski is one of our best players and is doing a good job deensively and Theo is using his pace to get the ball, although out wide. We are playing 4-4-1 when defending and 4-3-2 when attacking so Giroud would not be any better than Podolski overall.
I think kosc was actually just trying to keep his arms either side of him, there fett tangle slightly and kosc grabs round his waste. I don't think it was the plan but more how they started to drop he ended up that way. Poor challenge from him, defo a penalty, not a red. Tevez had the goal scoring chance after. Kosc didn't stop the opportunity, he took out a player who wasn't going to get to the ball. If he did that to the side of the goal no-one would be asking for a red.
Anyways, we can argue till we go blue in the face, let's just hope we don't get humiliated now. Top 4 can be out of sight by the end of this month.

The red card is very convenient though. Now some fans can blame our piss poor performance on being down to 10 men and ignore the fact our team just isn't good enough.
Kos was falling, if you see the replay he tumbled on Dzeko's feet then held on to him. Penalty yes, but the red is very harsh.

I personally think we are more justified to moan about what happened for the first goal. He clearly played advantage and as soon they lost the ball, he blew his whistle when we were about to start a counter attack. Terrible.
