The red was never justifiable. Two players tangled, one player hs his hnds round the other - the chance ffalls for Tevez not dzeko... It didnt stop a goal scoring opportunity.
I think that EVERY fan of a defending team would say it weren't a red and EVERY fan of an attacking team would say it was a a red Arsenal have had penalties given this season that were never penalties so these things even themselves out
we look capable of scoring. diaby has gotten through their defence a couple of times now, so we definitely have a chance.
Nor am I ... I was talking about poor decisions... Many arsenal fans think the red was wrong...I am just saying that you've won several penalties (at at least one match) from bad decisions so these things even themselves out
We will get top 4 - no doubt about that - losing to the team in second who are current PL title holders after having a man sent off ridiculously on 10 minutes is hardly an indication of us failing to get top 4. I'd look at the last 16 years at where we have finished and draw conclusions from that (lol at the floods of non arsenal fans commenting on here!)
Okay, well when a player does something so blatantly outside of the parameters of legal football (i.e. a genuine rugby tackle) then I have no sympathy about "harsh" decisions. I want to watch football, not ProfessionallyFoulAndArgueTechnicalitiesBall. This attitude that you can do ANYTHING and claim it's only a yellow so long as there is a covering player or the ball was going slightly away from goal or whatever is insane.
