Will add my thoughts on wums for what it is worth. Ben Arfa in his first guise as Bennyboyreynolds was the first person I ever banned and that was after about 7 or 8 months of me being mod. I think I banned 2 people in my whole time as mod.

I think Hash was the same, he got rid of Ben Arfa when he really dug in and imo it was a brilliant bit of work as this guy was ****ing up the board more than anyone ever had, but Hash didn't ban many as this forum has always been about letting people have their opinion.

There are many ways of managing wums and getting along with them and understanding that they are just ****ing about is part of it.

The 2 new mods are spot on and I'm sure they get this anyway so sorry if I'm preaching a bit. Thought it may be a bit of a different point of view though.

Hash and Ze have done an amazing job and I thank them for it.

Took.me about two hours <laugh> I agree the board should be tolerant as much as possible too. If last night is anything to go by, the complainers are more annoying than the problem causer <laugh>
