After scoring 2 own goals in one game and missing a peno aswell. Can anyone think of an outfield player having a worse game?
A game i recall in the 70's I think against Villa at Filbert St that ended 2-2 and the Villa captain scored all 4. Can't remember his name apart from Chris lol
He's only the fourth player to score two own games in one game in Prem history. I wonder who the others are. I think I can name one!
Shortest quiz in history, right there. I remember the Proctor one actually. I was think one might have benn old Franky, but I think he managed to just do it in consecutive matches in stead.
Ryan McGivern ran him close at times. Nigel even played a 40 year old coach (Chris Powell) over him in the end
We should have played Powell more. Woodgate on his debut got an own goal and got sent off for madrid.
Aren't we all forgetting Frank? May not have all been in the same game but the start if that season was terrible for him
Never saw Lewis play as stopped going during that period, but Josh Low or Rab Douglas were just as bad
Rab Douglas - legend! What about that Scottish full back? He was quite rubbish as well. Forgotten his name...my memories getting dreadful!
No.. but he was ****e too! I mean the one with the long hair and headband. I think it's amazing that you guys remember all these players from the wilderness years. I think I've put a mental block on them all!
I know who you mean, can't remember his name though. He used to just two foot tackle everyone to the thigh
