At the end of the game I thought it was a good point for you, but after the 3 o'clock games results have come in, then I am not so sure if it was.

I hope you survive, but I don't think you will. To stand a chance, you desperately need more quality up front.

I do genuinely wish you luck though <ok>.

According to every report I've read, we played a team named HRQPR...

Absolutely! The welsh idiots last two home games were Reading and Southampton - one point!

I was more pleased before 5 pm, but in the long run, today was still a good point. Let's face it you are a very good side.
I am sure Harry has a striker on the way.
Thanks for the good luck wishes!

It hasn't been confirmed yet, but it seems Jake Livermore is a done deal. He should do well for you. I know Harry was looking at taking Tom Huddlestone, but Livermore is a better signing for a team battling to stay up.

Is Livermore a holding midfielder or more attacking? Always liked the look of him.
I thought we battled hard today and played for a draw from the first minute to last. But for Cesar you would have chalked up another away win.
Also agree that by the time all the results were in today, this point isn't enough. We look too far adrift thanks to the twat Hughes!

How? The press are calling them Harry Redknapp's QPR, just like fifteen years ago it was Kevin Keegan's Fulham (even Fulham fans were calling the club KKFFC in the fanzines)

The fact that you get 1,240,000 entries for the exact term "harry redknapp's qpr" off Google says it all.

    I watched the game today.

Spurs should have won. I was waiting for Bale and/or Lennon to be unleashed at pace on the counter, but it never happened. Bale popped up everywhere, but trying to play a slowish tempo game through the middle isn't best suited to these types of players' skills.

QPR look more solid under 'Arry. Nelsen, Derry, Hill and Park may be unspectacular players of limited ability, but they work hard. They won't score many though with one isolated player up front.

So ?? That is what the press do. I don't really see the need for you to interrupt an intelligent chat about todays game with one of your pointless observations.

    1,240,000 entries on Google.

Think about that for a second.

Should I have made the observation before the game then?

I still don't see the relevance of your post to this post match debate, other than to make another of your cheap anti Harry digs.

if you want to discuss any of todays managers, maybe you would like to inform us why a 'tactical genius' such as AVB, and also a current Manager of the Month, was incapable of having a plan B against a side who have been bottom of the league for yonks ??

Your chairmain allowing Hughes to practically send you down, looks to be too big a job to fix, but its not over yet, if you can better wigans form for the next 8 games by 1 win, you will be 2 points off safety, and giving you 8 games to catch up 2 points, and that isn't far fetched at all, but much will depend of if Arry can sign a much needed striker.

Yeah, I know why mate, just disappointed we couldn't find a way to draw them out of there half, a goal from somewhere and they'd have had to at some point. We are still poor from set pieces for example, I thought Sig was supposed to solve that??

You make that sound closer than I thought Boss. Just had a look at the table and you're right, but agreed they need a striker desperately.

This is what I was talking about YV, 'ah they sat deep, we'll just leave it at that then...oh wait, no, we'll get Dawsons diagonal out. Oh hang on, lets swap wings so they cut inside into the area we've had no joy allday! <doh>

Am looking at their situation from how Arry would be viewing it !

I would love to see them stay up and wigan won 7 out of 9 games last year when everyone said they were down so who knows? I just wonder who will move to QPR? they have livermore, but if they can find a quality striker (even on loan) then its possible!

Sig's not had much chance to has he? He's put in some good deliveries at times but I guess so have Bale and Walker. Today we were particularly bad from freekicks.

Dawson has been doing his diagonal balls for as long as he has been with us, but I have yet to see any of our coaches jumping up and down and screaming at him from their technical area, telling him to stop doing them !!

Today???...you're being very generous YV! Sig was on the pitch when we had those 2 late on, who took them?...bloody Bale, all Ronaldo without the goals!

Ade and Defoe had opportunities to just pass the ball past the keeper into the net from 8yds and failed, Javier Hernandez for example would have bagged one of them, but our illustrious leader is quite sure we don't need a striker.
