In Scotland excessive speeding can be classed as dangerous driving unfortunately. The coppers that pulled me over were a shower of bastards and done me for the worst thing they could without the option of a lesser charge. The also said the streets and footpaths were busy with children. I drove back down from where I came convinced that the road side was quite and it was. 3 OAPS at a bus shelter on the opposite side of the road!!!
