Apart from trying to sign half of Brom (I know its only a couple), I think Harry is missing a trick by not looking in the Championship. Here are a few players I would consider signing, or on loan with a view to signing : Forward - Theo Robinson - Derby County Forward - Charlie Austin - Burnley Midfield - Nigel Reo-Coker - Ipswich Midfield - Aron Gunnarson - Cardiff Defender - Jonathan Woodgate - 'Boro Defender - Steven Caldwell B'ham The problem is our precarious position, only a few prem players may succumb to Harry's charms. Remember, we have a premiership squad, we just need to plug a few gaps, and when we do, we'll be clear of trouble before the end of this turbulent season.
The name 'Woodgate' and the term 'bubble-boy' have a close association, do they not? Wasn't he was placed in the care of a medical retirement village? Wouldn't have thought he could fight his way out of a paper bag, let alone have a dig for us to stay in the PL.
woodgate would have been a fantastic player had he stayed fit. he could be useful again if he stay fit when we need to get back into the prem
Problem with that is the players from clubs with a chance of promotion won't want to leave (??), so that doesn't leave much.
