Connor Wickham should be in the team alongside Fletcher until May and let’s see what he is made of before the summer window. Rather than bring in the craa deviant Graham, or some similar average pile of ****e, I'd sooner see if Connor can hack it in the lead role and keep our powder dry for the summer and another big player/striker purchase then. I’d like to see a pacy striker bought and give Connor the target man role, with maybe a back up for him in the summer too.

Like you and others I am desperate for Whickam to be given at least a decent run to see what he is made of. Not all our eggs are in one basket now thanks to the new signings and he could be carried through those games he is not up to speed. Takes time and games to become a hardened pro.
