Yeah, long may it continue. Burger King are doing some long hot chilli burger or something with jalapenos and cheese and chilli bites. Got to try one next week. I know they won't be as good as they sound, they never are, but can't let them pass me by.

I do like crumpets. I like honey on them. Well today I feel terrible. Awoke with a massive hangover. Don't remember going to bed. Though I do remember walking home. I've just ventured downstairs and made a cup of tea and inspected the food situation. I'm opting for sausage and waffles.. I have soooo many sausages I'm not sure how I managed to accumulate so many.. YSB.
Well, had a full pork dinner for me dinner, same as yesterday's tea. I would have had it tonight but am eating out with sqaush team so had it for dinner instead. Was nice. Breakfast was, at 6.45, porridge with blueberries, a banana and manuka honey. Then I went and ****ed things up by having a McD breakfast at ten! (I was hungry for ****'s sake. One a week, that's all just the once) I've lost half a stone since NY so I can allow myself that. Hereford is back on Sweat man, got the keys to the contract this morning so beer and golfage will be on the cards soon enough.

Anyway didn't bother in the end and totally forgot about the match yesterday till I saw the goals on this morning's breakfast news - how plastic am I? However I did 12 mile walk up/around the Sugar loaf yesterday, spot on conditions and had an all round good day out.
I'm making fish and chips for myself and the gf tonight. Crumbed lemon & herb flavoured hake, oven chips, salad... Make the food, sit back and enjoy watching the news of how Kompany should not have received a red card, Liverpool were robbed by an offside goal, and how we are still in decline.
To be honest I'd probably put five pounds of it on in the week leading up to the weigh!! But yeah, no beer or wine for a couple of weeks has certainly helped.
Yeah, saw your pics. Going to be working up Hereford way as of next month so those hills will be accessible. Was thinking of doing the BMR this year round there but it turns out I'm at the Belfry that weekend, shame!!
