He's been asked the question about violence a hundred times and I'd get ****ed off if people kept asking. It's like Michael Barrymore will always be famous for "that incident". There's a lot more to his films than just brutality, Pulp Fiction is incredibly clever on so many levels and even Deathproof had it's moments. I haven't seen Django yet (I don't think it's out in the UK yet and I don't watch pirate films, it's bullshit.) but it's looked like a winner since I saw the first trailer.

On a different note, I went to see Gangster Squad tonight and it was superb. Josh Brolin's character really bounces off Ryan Gosling and you don't really know what's going to happen next with regards to their next move. A great insight into 1940's postwar LA, especially if you know much about the underworld in American history.

More importantly, is Emma Stone fit in it?

Just watched it, the interviewer was a tit. Why should he have to justify the link between violence and films, a very touchy topic in recent American events.

He's promoting a film why should he have to talk politics.

Yes, yes she is. In that kind of "she's fit" way.

Why is it '****e'? It's my opinion, I think he makes overrated films.

Oh, sorry - I know why it's '****e'. It's because you don't agree and your's is the only opinion that counts. Sorry.

nope i agree , your comment seemed to come across like one of those Judges in the 90s that hadn't heard of Michael Jackson.

He is an incredible Director and always pays homage to things close to his heart ,

He also wrote one of my favorite films of all True Romance and Dusk till Dawn another great movie which i dont think got a mention so far .

"I'm shutting your butt down" was my favourite part.

I'm going use it as often as possible at work today.

I think QT makes good films, but he seemed like a touchy, cynical tart in that.

And Krishnan, as we know, is a tad slippery.

You think he's an incredible director, I think he's overrated. That does not make my opinion '****e'. And for the record Ive seen Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Inglorious Basterds and From dusk till Dawn (I know he didnt direct but he wrote it). My opinion is not through ignorance, it is through personal taste. I did not enjoy a single one of them. When making my opinions known I did not resort to criticising other people's views, I respect their right to have them even if I disagree.

For the record my favourite films are One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Goodfellas. I dont think QT comes anywhere even close to making films of this standard.

Really? I saw it yesterday and thought it was terrible - it was like a kids movie.

Also, it has been widely agreed that it is a terrible representation of 1940's LA. Sure, it can be a bit fun at times, but hardly what you would expect with that cast. Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone had no chemistry at all - but that may be just down to the bad writing and directing.

I know it's not really of relevance and I take critics views with a pinch of salt, but that's precidely what the fella on Film 2013 said. He likened it to "2 pandas being flown from different areas of the globe and put together in order to mate but instead just sat looking sad at each other from across the cage."

I never listen to film reviews. It's all a matter of opinion - and your opinion can be completely different to theirs.
