*awaits comment about the number of toes* Skjelbred was quality on Football Manager a couple of years ago, that's the extent of my knowledge too Little! Apparently, Chris Martin has to use his last month at Swindon to earn a new contract with us.
i can't see chris martin staying if we stay in the PL. Plently of breweries in Wiltshire for him too.
as someone pointed out to me earlier, once we are safe (if he is still here) we might as well give him a chance in the PL and make a decision based on his season. He is never terrible, he just hasn't done a lot! With a stone off him, maybe he will do better?
can't see it myself. martin is leaving, its just a case of when rather than if. not a premier league player.
unless something drastic happens, martin is too far down the pecking order at NCFC. time for a new start for him.
To be fair, it is a huge database with most the players in the world. Not sure where else you can get that from Also they have researchers all around the world who give reports to Sport Interactive on players. So they're not normally too far wrong, on how players turn out.
Still nothing better than seeing a player in the flesh. The database side of it, I think would be useful to most clubs.
Don't know if its been mentioned before, but what about breaking the bank at the beginning of next year to sign Will Hughes as the long term Hoolahoop replacement?
i fear he'd be way out of our reach! some of europe's biggest clubs are chasing him. absolutely no question he could be a fabulous player but its still early days - another who like zaha, should stay at their current club and improve by playing every week
Heard this on talkSHITE this morning, would be good if true http://www.talksport.co.uk/sports-n...11/norwich-closing-deal-celtic-striker-189006
the word 'talkshite' is the issue here. would love it to be true but have they EVER been right about anything?
i don't listen but from the snippets i've read on their website i suspect they make stories up which they know will annoy and please two groups of fans (in this case celtic and norwich) in equal measure so that they phone up their premium rate phone line to moan and take delight about the story which then ends up miraculously 'falling through'.
supers, i tuned in for 10 mins this morning, and heard a celtic fan do exactly that! he wasn't disrespectful to Norwich but couldn't understand why he would leave Celtic. i know this is still unlikely to happen, but i think a lot of us would be ecstatic if it did
Hooper, if Hooper it be Would be a great signing to me, He knows how to score So far sixty-four He´s banged in in his Celtic spree.
